Community Service

Being a good neighbor is important to us, so we try to make community service a part of each week.

Together, we volunteer at the Owasippe Scout Reservation, and we have adopted 2 miles of township roadway near our home. We also have participated in the Adopt-A-Reader program at Shoreline Elementary in Whitehall.

In addition, Ron served as a member of the ambassador group at the White Lake Area Chamber of Commerce for a number of years, and donates his design services to Taste of White Lake, which benefits historic Howmet Playhouse. Ron also donates design services to Buses By the Beach, a non-profit that raises funds for the Phoenix Society for Burn Survivors. Susan has volunteered at Heartland Health Care Center, where she ran a ladies’ knitting club.
